Rizvi Builders is a Bandra developer and the flagship of the Rizvi Group, working almost entirely in the western suburbs of Mumbai -- Bandra, Khar, Mahim, Malad and Kurla -- with some work in Goa and a proposed bungalow scheme at Lonavala. It was founded by Dr. Akhtar Hasan Rizvi, a former Rajya Sabha member better known as an educationist, and it operates from its own building, Rizvi House, at the junction of Hill Road and St. Martin Road in Bandra West. The company builds residential and commercial projects and also offers renovation, maintenance and in-house architectural design. Treat its published scale figures with care: its own site gives three different project counts and two different company ages on a single page.
