Supertech Ltd has been in a corporate insolvency resolution process since 25 March 2022, admitted on Union Bank of India's plea over a default of more than Rs 432 crore. NCLAT permitted a project-wise (reverse) CIRP so unaffected projects could continue; roughly 10,900 of 38,000 homes were undelivered at admission. NCLAT rejected the promoter's appeal against personal insolvency in April 2025 and the Supreme Court sought a settlement plan in February 2025. Whether a given project sits inside the CIRP perimeter must be confirmed project by project.
