CBI files 11th chargesheet in builder-banker nexus - Gurugram's Ninex Developers charged

Just saw this in ET Realty - CBI has filed its 11th chargesheet in the Supreme Court-mandated builder-banker nexus probe, and this time it's Gurugram-based Ninex Developers Ltd and their director in the crosshairs.

The company allegedly deceived homebuyers through false assurances and misleading representations about a housing project in Gurugram (likely Sector 90/92 area). CBI is currently probing 50 separate cases involving builder groups and bank officials across India.

Ninex joins a list that already includes Jaypee Infratech, CHD Developers, Logix City, Rudra Buildwell, and AVJ Developers. The pattern is disturbingly consistent - buyers pay, projects stall, money gets diverted.

Key questions for anyone who has invested: - Is your project RERA registered? Has the completion date been revised multiple times? - Is your builder making payments on construction-linked loans or have they defaulted? - Have you filed a complaint with the Economic Offences Wing yet?

If you're a buyer in any Ninex project in Gurugram, now is the time to form a homebuyers association and engage a RERA lawyer. Legal recourse is possible but needs collective action. CBI chargesheet is a strong signal - time to move.
