First-time buyer here, budgeting 75-90L for a 2BHK in Navi Mumbai. Kharghar has been on my radar for a while but recent listings show prices have crept up to 9,500-11,000/sqft. Looking at in Kharghar - listed at 8,800/sqft. Is this builder reliable? Anyone track their past projects? Also curious if Panvel or Taloja is a better bet at this budget. RERA check passed but possession timeline is 2026 which feels tight.
