Greater Noida West OC/CC crisis - has anyone actually received possession with all documents?

I booked a flat in Sector 16B, Greater Noida West back in 2018 and have been waiting ever since. The builder handed over keys in 2022 but we still don't have an Occupancy Certificate (OC) from the Noida Authority.

The issue is that many builders in this area haven't completed their dues to the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA), so OCs are being withheld. Without OC, we can't: - Get permanent water/sewer connections - Register the flat (most banks won't disburse) - Legally occupy the property

I've spoken to a few neighbours and the story is the same across multiple projects in sectors 1, 4, 10, and 16B.

Has anyone here managed to get their OC? Which builder/project? And did you approach RERA UP or NCDRC for relief? Would love to hear from others in the same boat.

Update from my end - I've been tracking this closely. A few towers in ATS Pristine (Sector 150) got partial OC in late 2024, but only for specific floors. The builder is using this to start possession calls, but without full OC the registry process is stuck. The key issue: GNIDA (Greater Noida Indus
