Been working remotely for a Bangalore-based company but based out of Nashik now. Property prices along the Mumbai-Nashik highway corridor (Igatpuri to Nashik Road stretch) seem to be picking up fast, with several new launches targeting IT and remote workers. Has anyone here actually bought in this corridor? Curious about appreciation potential vs areas closer to Nashik Road station and the airport road. Also wondering if the connectivity improvements from the highway widening are translating into real resale value yet, or if it's still mostly builder marketing hype.
