Good analysis Sonal! From my experience tracking Noida market specifically - Sector 150 is consistently giving 4-4.5% gross yield right now, especially for 2BHK units near the sports city. The RERA-registered projects there have better tenant retention because of the amenities. The Ghaziabad numbers
